Quality Control Process

Quality at ONEMO is built into every stage of production — not just an inspection step at the end:

1. Raw Material Inspection
All incoming stainless steel (SS304, SS316L) is verified against material certificates (EN 10204 3.1). Chemical composition and mechanical properties are confirmed before any material enters production. We maintain full material traceability from mill to finished product.

2. In-Process Inspection
During manufacturing, our QC team conducts regular patrol inspections following written work instructions. Dimensional accuracy, surface finish (Ra), and thread quality are checked at each operation stage using calibrated instruments.

3. Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
All valve products undergo hydrostatic pressure testing to verify body and seat integrity. Standard test pressure: 1.5 x rated pressure (15 bar for standard 10 bar valves). Test certificates are available upon request.

4. Final Inspection and Traceability
Finished products receive 100% visual and dimensional inspection before release. Each product is marked with a heat number and production date, ensuring full traceability from raw material to shipped product.

Certifications and Standards

ONEMO operates under certified quality management systems:

  • ISO 9001:2015 — Quality management system for design and manufacturing of sanitary valves and fittings

  • 3-A Sanitary Standards — Compliance for dairy and food processing equipment

  • CE Marking — European conformity for pressure equipment (PED 2014/68/EU)

All products meet or exceed applicable ASTM, DIN, ISO, and ASME BPE dimensional and material standards. Material test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) and dimensional inspection reports are available with every shipment.

Global Partnerships

ONEMO has established long-term cooperative relationships with customers across North America and Europe:

  • North America: United States, Canada

  • Europe: Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, and other EU markets
