How do sanitary diaphragm valves work? Sanitary diaphragm valves use a flexible membrane to seal the valve body from the operating mechanism, making them ideal for aseptic and sterile processing. ONEMO sanitary clamp end diaphragm valves feature a weir-type body design that isolates the process medium from the valve mechanism.
The diaphragm provides a hermetic seal, eliminating any risk of product contamination. Available with EPDM, silicone or PTFE diaphragm materials to suit different process media and temperature requirements. The weir-type design ensures complete drainage and cleanability.
ONEMO diaphragm valves are widely specified for pharmaceutical WFI systems, biotech fermenter feed lines, dairy aseptic processing and food applications requiring sterile conditions. Compatible with CIP and SIP cleaning cycles.
Manufactured from SS304 and SS316L with surface finishes to Ra 0.4 micrometers. 3-A compliant design with full material traceability and EN 10204 3.1 documentation.
