Why are strainers needed in sanitary processing lines? Strainers protect downstream equipment such as valves, pumps and heat exchangers from damage caused by particulates in the process media. ONEMO offers sanitary Y-type strainers and T-type strainers for hygienic applications.

Strainer Types

ONEMO Y-type strainers feature a compact body design ideal for space-constrained installations. T-type strainers provide larger screen area for higher flow rates and longer service intervals between cleaning.

Applications and Integration

Installed upstream of sanitary valves, pumps and other process equipment in pharmaceutical, food, dairy and beverage lines. Strainer screens are available in various mesh sizes to suit different particle removal requirements. All ONEMO strainers are 3-A compliant with EN 10204 3.1 documentation.
